  • Our juices are 100% natural, without additives, without adding water, without adding sugar, without preservatives - 100% Nature –what is our pride.

  • We pump the juice using the traditional method in a small family press. Most of the juice is pressed from the fruit of our own mountain orchards.

  • The juices are pasteurized in a natural way, as our Grandmothers used to do, which means that the shelf-life date does not exceed 12 months.

  • Variability of the appearance (color, turbidity) and taste of individual batches (more or less sweet, sour) depends on the apple varieties used for pressing.

  • The vast majority of our juices are poured into glass bottles, it guarantees maintaining the highest quality juice, moreover, glass is an ecological packaging (glass can be recycled an infinite number of times).

The process of pressing our juices

  • The majority of fruits come from our own family fruit farm, and from the surrounding gardeners.

  • We do not use the irrigation of orchards thanks to which the fruits are small, but exceptionally sweet and juicy, perfect for juicing.

  • We select and wash fruits before pressing thanks to which we get a unique taste and quality of juice.

  • We use a single fruit pressing. We do not stamp the fruit pomace again, and thus we obtain the highest quality cold pressing juice.

  • We do not improve nature. We do not sweeten, do not add water, do not add ascorbic acid as an antioxidant (called vitamin C).

  • To extrude 1 liter of apple juice, we use up to 1.5 kg of apples which makes the juice exceptionally essential and very fruity, both in taste and in aroma.

Our fruit farm

Our orchard farm is located on one of the hills surrounding the capital of Małopolska orchards Łącko, which is famous for its fruit-growing tradition, where the produced fruits have unique and exceptional taste (Łąckie apples), similarly to the naturally cloudy juices produced from them.

Highland tradition combined with experience (we have been dealing with orchard cultivation for 4 generations), allows to maintain high quality fruits. The Łącko orchards are the highest midwives in Poland. Thanks to this, the microclimate that prevails here gives apples a unique taste, the so-called mountain green note. Our fruit farm has also an integrated production certificate.

In our small family press, we produce the highest quality fruits and fruit and vegetable juices, ensuring first of all their authenticity. We do not improve nature, which is why individual parts of our juice sometimes differ significantly in appearance and taste.
